Phil Rhodes, Principal of PARamount Engineering Solutions, is an accomplished Chartered Structural Engineer with 35 years in the industry. His experience includes 28 years in consultancy, 7 years working for the government and local authority and 15 years in nuclear safety case and nuclear civil engineering.
Phil worked for 14 years at Waterman starting as a Principal Engineer, moving on to Associate Director for structures in Bristol before progressing further to Divisional Director for South West and South Wales structures. In 2009 he moved to Jacobs where he was Divisional Director within the UK Operations South, Nuclear and Defence Division, and remained in the role for two and half years before establishing PARamount Engineering Solutions in February 2012.
